The Different Breast Interventions

Mammal augmentation
Breast augmentation is the most popular breast cosmetic surgery procedure. Several techniques can be combined, such as breast prostheses (implants), breast lipofilling (injection of fat into the breasts) and composite augmentation. The results obtained are natural thanks to reliable breast prostheses and safe surgical techniques.

Breast Lift
This procedure involves lifting and firming the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissues to restore the breasts to a younger, firmer shape. Breast lift can also include repositioning the areolas and nipples for a more natural appearance. For empty or sagging breasts, this procedure can be combined with breast augmentation using implants or lipofilling to restore volume and improve the overall shape of the breasts.

Breast reduction
Breast reduction is a cosmetic surgery procedure aimed at reducing the size of the breasts. It is often performed to relieve pain and discomfort associated with an overly large breast, such as back pain, neck pain and skin irritations. The procedure involves removing excess breast tissue, fat and skin, and reshaping the breasts to give them a more proportionate and firmer shape. Breast reduction can also include the repositioning of the areolas and nipples for an aesthetically harmonious result. In addition to the physical benefits, this intervention can improve posture, facilitate physical activities and strengthen self-confidence.

Breast Prosthesis Change
Breast implant replacement, also called breast implant replacement, is a surgical procedure to replace existing breast implants with new ones. This procedure may be necessary due to complications such as implant rupture, capsular contracture, or simply to change the size or type of implant according to the patient's wishes. Implant replacement can also be done as part of a cosmetic update to maintain or improve the appearance of the breasts. The procedure includes the removal of old implants, preparation of the area and insertion of new implants, ensuring natural and harmonious results.

Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia is a medical pathology characterized by an abnormal increase in breast tissue in men, often due to a hormonal imbalance. This condition can affect one or both breasts and cause physical and psychological discomfort. Treatment for gynecomastia may include medical approaches to correct hormonal imbalances or surgery to remove excess breast tissue and restore a more masculine chest contour. Gynecomastia surgery is usually performed under local or general anesthesia and helps improve patients' self-confidence and general well-being.

Surgery for Invaginated or Inverted Nipples
Invaginated or inverted nipple surgery is a cosmetic procedure to correct nipples that are retracted inward instead of pointing outward. This condition, which can be present from birth or develop later, can cause functional problems, such as difficulty breastfeeding, as well as cosmetic concerns. The surgical procedure involves freeing the milk ducts and repositioning the nipples so that they protrude normally. Carried out under local anesthesia, this procedure helps improve the appearance of the nipples and resolve associated functional problems, thereby increasing patients' self-confidence and comfort.
